Pirates, twins, salsa and “Nemo” are offerings available for your entertainment Friday through Sunday in the Garden Grove-Huntington Beach-Westminster area. Here’s a quick look:

ON STAGE

“Pirates of Penzance” opens this week at the Festival Amphitheatre on Main Street in Garden Grove. This Gilbert & Sullivan light opera runs Aug. 18-28 with shows Thursdays through Sundays at 8 p.m. Peter Uribe directs for Shakespeare Orange County. MUSIC

For free Sunday at 5 p.m. in Huntington Central Park, a concert of Latin jazz and fiery rhythms in the legendary tradition of Tito Puente and Cal Tjader, and winner of Los Angeles Music Awards “Jazz Artist of the Year.”

EVENTS

Movie Night on the Beach on Friday with a showing of “Finding Nemo” at Bolsa Chica State Beach in Huntington Beach. Crafts, games and educational booths at 6:30 p.m., with the movie screening beginning at 8 p.m. Bring blankets, chairs and snacks. Location: 17851 Pacific Coast Highway.
