CIF-SS watch lists and rankings are out for girls’ volleyball, cross country and water polo.
It may be fall, but football isn’t the only sport being played by students at area high schools. The CIF-SS has released its watch lists and rankings for the “other” athletic endeavors this autumn, including girls’ volleyball, cross country, and boys’ water polo.
Here are the teams from the Garden Grove-Huntington Beach-Westminster area named.
Girls’ volleyball
- Division 1: Edison, Huntington Beach.
- Division 7: Garden Grove, Ocean View
Girls’ cross country
- Division 3: Bolsa Grande is ranked sixth.
Boys’ water polo
- Division 1: Huntington Beach
- Division 3: Edison
- Division 8: Ocean View.
