The Anaheim Ducks are back in a tie for first place in the NHL Pacific Division after a 3-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs Monday night in Canada. The win put the Orange County team at 17-11-5, worth 39 points and a deadlock with the San Jose Sharks.

John Gibson had 33 saves in goal to lead a stout Duck defense. Anaheim got goals from Ryan Getzlaf (his fourth), Nick Ritchie (eighth) and Cam Fowler (ninth). Next up for the team is Tuesday’s contest in Montreal against the Canadiens (20-7-4).
