As the next-to-last week of the regular season starts, the Garden Grove High School baseball team retains a lead in the Garden Grove League pennants race.
The Argonauts are 10-2 in GGL play (1-5 overall) after their 5-1 win over Bolsa Grande Tuesday. In second place is La Quinta (8-4, 12-11) as the Aztecs bombed Los Amigos 19-0. The championship will likely be settled next week when the top team teams clash on Tuesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 11.
