WAFFLE LOVE is one of 10 eateries and bars in the Steelcraft project in Long Beach. A similar, larger project is planned for Euclid Street in Garden Grove for 2018 (Orange County Tribune photo)
SteelCraft is fast making itself the hot new urban eatery concept. The food court concept first launched in Long Beach’s Bixby Knolls area earlier this year, and approved for a downtown location on Euclid Street in Garden Grove for a 2018 opening, will be having a third location.
Like the Garden Grove version, parts of the Bellflower project will have a second story and is slated for a 2018 launch.
And yet another GG outdoor music concert
Friday, Sept. 8 will be an all-Latin program, entirely in Spanish. On Saturday, Sept. 9, there will be a food court, a wine and beer garden and a broad range of music from traditional to rock.
Worthy Park to be re-dedicated
A re-dedication of Norman L. Worthy Park in Huntington Beach is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. The ceremony will be at 1831 17th Street.
