A public hearing Monday on the closure of a mobile home park in Westminster and its conversion into a housing project was continued to Feb. 26.
Walsh Properties is proposing to close the park, located at 14352 Beapril to develop the 12.5-acre parcel that currently has 125 spaces.
According to Soroosh Rahbari, community development director for the City of Westminster, conversion of the park would require approval of the city, and if approved, would have to include provisions for relocation of the occupants of the park.
