PUBLIC input is being sought on proposals to build on a former tank farm in Huntington Beach.
Residents of southeast Huntington Beach have until Feb. 14 to weigh in on two possible proposals to develop the Magnolia Tank Farm property.
A developer is proposing to build one of two options for the land located at 21845 Magnolia St. 
- a mixed use project with a 175-room lodge; 40-budget-oriented family/overnight accommodations; ancillary dining and retail; up to 250 for-sale residential units (15 units per acre); 2.8 acres of conservation open space area (adjacent to the wetlands); 2.9 acres of park open space are; additional off-site sidewalk improvements along Magnolia and Hamilton, or
- up to 250 for-sale residential units; 2.8 acres of conservation open space (adjacent to wetlands); 2.9 acres of park open space area; additional off-site sidewalk improvements along Magnolia and Hamilton.
