A light agenda will greet the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets on Monday night.
In a study session, the council will consider a plan for the city to exit from the Public Cable Television Authority and set up its own local programming station on Channel 3. The PCTA currently provides that service for Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Stanton and Westminster.
The study session will begin at 4 p.m., followed by a closed session at 5 p.m. The regular session will start at 6 p.m. All will be held in the council chamber in the Civic Center at 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown Avenue).
