Having exited the basement of the National Hockey League’s Pacific Division with a 4-3 win over the Las Vegas Golden Knights on Friday, the Anaheim Ducks nearly slipped back to the bottom after a 2-1 overtime loss to the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday.
Things didn’t do quite so well on Sunday. Eric Gudbranson scored the lone Ducks goal in the first period. Fortunately John Gibson has 33 goals to keep the game close.
