Orangewood Academy’s girls’ basketball season has finally come to an end with a 63-47 loss to Cathedral Catholic of San Diego in the second round of the CIF SoCal regionals Thursday evening.
The Spartans finished the campaign with an overall 26-7 record. They were co-champions of the San Joaquin League and champs of the CIF-SS 2-AA section. Sydney Gandy scored 20 points for Orangewood.
