The number of new confirmed coronavirus cases in Orange County fell in Saturday’s report, after a week in which the tally spiked to record highs.
Two hundred thirty-five cases of COVID-19 are currently hospitalized in the OC, with 85 in intensive care units. Four hundred sixty seven new tests are in Saturday’s count, bringing the to-date total to 69,981.
On a city-by-city basis, Santa Ana has the most cases with 700, followed by Anaheim (663), Huntington Beach (286), Garden Grove (215) and Orange (196).
Local cities Westminster and Stanton have 74 and 43 cases, respectively.
