Orange Countians got some relief Monday from two days of historic highs of new confirmed coronavirus cases.
According to today’s report from the Orange County Health Care Agency, there are 175 new cases. That’s a drop from the all-time high of 434 reported on Sunday.
Of that number, 5,075 are considered to be recovered.
The total count of deaths is at 269.
Three hundred fifty-one cases are currently hospitalized, with 137 in intensive care units.
The city count shows Santa Ana the leader with 2227 cases (up by 38), followed by Anaheim with 2037 (up 30), Garden Grove with 608 (up 11), Huntington Beach with 489 (up 21) and Orange with 465 (up nine).
Westminster has 223 (up four) and Stanton 140 (up five).
