Decorum, bike business on agenda

An ordinance aiming at good behavior at public meetings and in the civic center will be considered by the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets on Monday evening.

The proposed ordinance would feature a resolution related to “rules of civility and decorum” for council and commission meetings and in the “campus” of the council chamber.
