The Stanton City Council will meet on Tuesday in another “virtual” session, starting at 6:30 p.m.
On the agenda are:
- the awarding of a contract to demolish a building at 8931 Pacific Ave. to AMPCO Contracting for up to $95,848. The structure is said to be “in severe disrepair.”
- the second and final reading of an ordinance increasing the density range to 90 dwelling units per acre for the South Gateway Mixed-Use Overlay Zone.
- the second and final reading of an ordinance approving a development agreement with Bonanni Development for real property located at 12331-12435 Beach Blvd.
