A light agenda will be before the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets tonight (Monday) via teleconference at 6 p.m.
- recognition of the retirement of Police Chief Ron Handy
- accepting a bid of $897,524 from Horizon Construction for improvements in the Edison Community Center
- a public hearing to consider acceptance of the annual Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grants and HOME (Home Investments Partnerships Program) federal funds.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the council is on Monday, Nov. 2 at 4 p.m.
