HUNTINGTON BEACH HIGH has teams listed on the CIF-SS preseason watch lists for girls’ volleyball and boys’ and girls’ water polo (Shutterstock).
While it’s not certain if or when high school sports will resume, the CIF-SS is proceeding with its preseason watch lists for water polo and girls’ volleyball. Huntington Beach High’s teams are on all four watch lists.
Over a dozen local teams are listed.
Girls’ volleyball
- Divisions 1&2: Huntington Beach
- Division 5: Pacifica
- Division 6: Bolsa Grande, Garden Grove, La Quinta and Loara.
Boys’ water polo
- Divisions 1&2: Huntington Beach
- Division 6: Garden Grove
- Division 7: La Quinta, Ocean View.
Girls’ water polo
- Division 1&2: Huntington Beach
- Division 5: Garden Grove, Marina
- Division 7: La Quinta, Rancho Alamitos.
