Free showing of “Hook” film

The City of Garden Grove’s free Outdoor Movie Series continues on Thursday, July 15, 2021 with the showing of a 1991 American adventure and fantasy film, “Hook” (PG). The movie will begin at 8:30 p.m., at Garden Grove Park, located at 9301 Westminster Boulevard.

Gates will open at 7:30 p.m., and spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Event attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Movie snacks and treats will be available for purchase.

To protect the health and safety of all event attendees and staff, the City asks all movie-goers to respect posted safety guidelines while attending this event.

The city will close out its free Outdoor Movie Series with a 1993 American action and fiction film, “Jurassic Park” (PG-13) on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Garden Grove Park.
