An exclusive negotiating agreement for the development of high-density residential units in the Tina-Pacific area goes before the Stanton City Council when it meets on Tuesday.
According to a staff report, the site is approximately 10.77 acres.
Also on the agenda is an update of the city’s municipal code regarding accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units, as well as an urgency ordinance implementing a new state law allowing owners of single family lots to split the lot in two and develop two-unit residences on such a lot.
Additionally, the council will elect a mayor pro tem.
The meeting will be held in person in City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave., at 6:30 p.m.
