THE PUBLIC’S HELP is being sought in identifying two suspects in a smash-and-grab robbery in Westminster Mall on Monday (WPD image).

The Westminster Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying suspects in a smash-and-grab robbery that took place Monday in a jewelry store in Westminster Mall.

According to the WPD, the incident took place around 3:49 p.m. at the Kay Jewelers. Two suspects entered the store, smashed display cases with a sledgehammer and took jewelry estimated to be worth $200,000.

The suspects are described as:

The suspect vehicle is described as a gray sedan – possibly a 2020 Toyota Corolla – with a license plate number of MXR5851.
