At the Dec. 13 session of the Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Education will include annual re-organization of the board.
At present, the board president is Bob Harden, who has served on the board since 1994. Vice president is Lan Quoc Nguyen, a trustee since 2002.
This Tuesday’s meeting will include a public hearing on the initial contract proposal from CSEA, which represents classified workers, and a one-year extension of the district-wide unarmed security services to Orange County Public Services.
The board meets at 10331 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove. GGUSD is a K-12 district that serves most of Garden Grove and parts of adjoining cities.
