The second annual Marian Days event will be held at the Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove on July 14 and 15.
It’s the main festival and pilgrimage for Vietnamese Americans.
Heavy traffic is expected and motorists are advised to plan accordingly.
On Saturday, July 15, a section of Chapman Avenue will be reduced to one lane from 2-6 p.m. for the Rosary Procession. Residents should anticipate increased traffic in the area.
The Garden Grove Police Department’s Traffic Unit will be present to direct traffic and suggest alternate routes.
The procession will start at 4 p.m. inside the Christ Cathedral campus, traveling east on Chapman Avenue and south on Lewis Street before returning to the campus.
