In addition to the Americans, the Gaza border guard reported that residents from Mexico, South Korea, Italy, Palestine and other places passed from Gaza into Egypt through the Rafah crossing.
The Palestinians being evacuated were those “critically injured” in this conflict which is nearly one month old. The conflict started with Hamas raids into Israel on Oct. 7, with Israel retaliating by a full-scale bombardment and invasion of Gaza.
Poll has Trump lead in swing states
The poll shows Trump leading by four to 11 percent in Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan. Biden leads in Wisconsin by three percent.
Real Clear Politics’ average of national political polls has Trump leadings Biden by 1.9 points.
Sports: Rams dunked in Green Bay
The Rams are now 3-6 with the loss. Their only score was a 52-yard field goal by Lucas Havrisk. Backup QB Brett Rypien completed 13 of 28 passes for 130 yards and one interception.
Now in third place in the NFL West, the Rams will have a bye this week and then host the Seattle Seahawks on Nov. 19.
DOWN AND OUT: After twin losses on Saturday, both USC and UCLA fell out of the AP Top 25 college football poll. The top five are Georgia (9-0), Michigan (9-0), Ohio State (9-0), Florida State (9-0) and Washington (9-0).

In our West Orange County area, the thermometer will be on the rise for about a week. The forecast for Monday is for partly cloudy skies with a daytime high of 75 with an overnight low of 59. Tuesday will dip to 71 (53) and then rise to 74 (51) on Wednesday and 77 (49) on Thursday.
