The second reading and adoption of an ordinance approving and regulating the retail sale by delivery of medical cannabis tops the agenda of the Nov. 28 meeting of the Garden Grove City Council.
Also before the council are:
- introduction and first reading of an ordinance changing water rates as well as providing for automatic adjustments in rates based on changes in wholesale water costs;
- second reading and adoption of an ordinance raising the minimum age to purchase tobacco products from 18 to 21.
The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Meeting Center at 11300 Stanford Ave.
