Alec Jones, the man who said the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting was a staged hoax using “crisis actors,” has been reinstated on X, the social media that used to be Twitter. Elon Musk ordered Jones’ account to be restored because he said an online poll of users wanted Jones back.
Jones was successfully sued for $1.5 billion by the families of the shooting victims. X has recently lost many advertisers such as Disney and IBM because of claims that their ads sometimes were posted alongside posts that were “pro-Nazi” and white nationalist.
Rams almost win, Bolts lose game and QB
With the loss in Maryland, the Rams saw their three-game winning streak snapped and their record fell to 6-7. Matthew Stafford passed for 294 yards and three touchdowns for LAR. Kyren Williams rushed for 114 yards and Cooper Kupp caught eight passes for 115 yards and one score.
The Los Angeles Chargers fell to 5-8 after a 24-7 loss Sunday at SoFi Stadium, but that wasn’t the worst news. Quarterback Justin Herbert fractured the index finger on his throwing hand and came out of the game. Backup quarterback Easton Stick came in and passed for 179 yards.

Tuesday will be sunny with a high of 69 (47); Wednesday is similar with sun and a high of 72 (45). Partly cloudy skies resume on Thursday and into the weekend.
