TWO MEN were wounded and one jailed in a shooting incident in Orange on Saturday morning (Shutterstock).
Two people were wounded and one jailed after an incident early Saturday morning in Orange’s historic downtown.
According to police, officers patrolling the area heard gunshots and headed to a bar in the 200 block of West Chapman Avenue (west of Glassell Street). There they located two men suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Both victims were taken a local hospital where they were listed in stable condition. While conducting their investigation, officers found a suspect – described only as an adult male – in possession of a pistol.
He was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call OPD detectives at (714) 744-7571.
