One More Productions at Garden Grove’s Gem Theatre has announced its 2025 Main Stage series with four musicals and two “Black Box Series” performances.
“Damn Yankees,” the story of a man who sells his soul to the Devil in order to be a baseball star for his favorite team, will be staged from March 6 to April 13.
“Grease,” a sentimental look at the Fifties, will be staged from June 12 to July 20.
“Avenue Q,” a not-for-children event, is scheduled for Sept. 4-Oct. 12, followed by “The Holiday Gem,” featuring the singing, dancing and other talents of Gem performers with the “season’s greetings” from Nov. 20 to Dec. 21.
The “Black Box” shows, “which provide a more simplified production and allows for more intimate performances that connect the audience to the performers and the material,” are “End of the Rainbow” (Feb. 7-23) and “Ordinary Days” (May 2-18).
The Gem is located at 12852 Main St. in downtown Garden Grove.
