An update on the activities of the city’s code enforcement staff tops the agenda of Tuesday’s meeting of the Garden Grove City Council.
Code enforcement is the practice of making sure that municipal codes relating to lawns overgrown with weeds, commercial signs that don’t meet legal standards and other eyesores and problems are dealt with.
Also on the agenda is the purchase of eight new police department administration vehicles from multiple auto dealerships at a total cost of $338,115.40.
The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. at 11300 Stanford Ave.
