Orange County Fire Authority personnel extinguished a fire in south Garden Grove Wednesday morning.
According to the OCFA, firefighters were dispatched at 8:19 a.m. to fight a reported residential blaze on Schooner Avenue (near Ward Street and Bolsa Avenue) where two people might be trapped inside a house.
Firefighters were able to quickly knock down the flames and searched for residents, who had safely made it out of the building.
The firefighters were able to prevent the fire from spreading to the rest of the home.
Assisting the OCFA were the Garden Grove Police Department, Fountain Valley Fire Department snd SoCal Red Cross.
