Two people were injured when a sport utility vehicle was driven into the front of a storefront in Huntington Beach on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Huntington Beach Fire Department, the incident took place in the 7000 block of Edinger Avenue, close to Gothard Street and near Golden West College.
The impact of the crash caused “significant structural and glass damage.” HBFD crews secured the scene, assessed the building for structural damage and offered assistance to those involved.
Two persons was evaluated for injuries, but refused treatment “against medical advice.”
