Several proposed amendments to previously approved documents for the construction of a 79-unit townhouse development go before the Stanton Planning Commission when it meets on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Planners will consider changes to site plan, design review, conditional use permit and a development agreement with Bonanni Development Co. for the project to be built in the 12200 block of Beach Boulevard, near Lampson Avenue.
The commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Stanton City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave.
