A blaze in a parking structure at Disneyland Park in Anaheim has caused an estimated $180,000 in damage and sent four people to the hospital.
According to Anaheim Fire and Rescue, the blaze caused major damage to eight vehicles and minor damage to several others at the Mickey and Friends structure in a fire that was reported around 5 p.m.
The facility was evacuated and a total of seven people were treated for smoke inhalation, with four hospitalized. By 6:45 p.m. people who had parked in the affected area were allowed to get back in their cars.
No one was injured and foul play is not suspected. There was no danger to the Disneyland or Disney’s California Adventure Park, according to AFR. An investigation into the cause is underway.
