A CARPORT fire Sunday in an apartment complex in Westminster destroyed or damaged seven vehicles (OCFA photo).

A fire in an apartment complex in Westminster Sunday afternoon destroyed a detached carport and three vehicles.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the blaze was in a complex in near the 15100 block of Brookhurst Street. Four other vehicles were also damaged due to radiant heat from the flames.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
