The public’s help is being sought in identifying possible victims of a man accused of sexually assaulting two young girls. The Orange County District Attorney is making the effort ahead of the June 6 arraignment of Victor Norman Ealey, 56, of Garden Grove.
He is charged with two felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14, with sentencing enhancements for multiple victims. According to the OCDA, Ealey is accused of committing such acts on a 10-year-old girl on or about April 30, 2017. She reported the incident to Garden Grove police.
