A 56-YEAR-OLD Garden Grove man is being held on $1 million bail and is suspected of committing lewd acts on two young girls.
The public’s help is being sought in identifying possible victims of a man accused of sexually assaulting two young girls. The Orange County District Attorney is making the effort ahead of the June 6 arraignment of Victor Norman Ealey, 56, of Garden Grove.
He is charged with two felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14, with sentencing enhancements for multiple victims. According to the OCDA, Ealey is accused of committing such acts on a 10-year-old girl on or about April 30, 2017. She reported the incident to Garden Grove police. Their investigation revealed a second possible victim, a second girl who was allegedly the victim of lewd acts between Jan 1. 2014 and Dec. 31, 2016.
Ealey will be in court at the Central Jail in Santa Ana where he is being held in lieu of $1 million bail. Anyone with additional information or believes they may have been a victim is encouraged to contact OCDA Supervising District Attorney Investigator Eric Wiseman at (714) 347-8794.
