UPDATE: Riverside police have arrested a robbery suspect who may be linked to a string of robberies in Garden Grove. Investigations into the incidents are continuing, according to the GGPD.

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a string of armed robberies – most of them fast food eateries – in Garden Grove that occurred earlier this month.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 6-foot, 2 inches tall, of medium build and with short black hair and facial hair. Accounts from witnesses indicate he usually wears sunglasses and carries a handgun in his waistband. The robberies have taken place from July 11 to July 22.

- Wendy’s, 10040 Chapman Ave., July 13 at 2:09 p.m.

- McDonald’s, 9852 Westminster Ave., July 15 at 9:54 p.m.
- Subway, 13961 Harbor Blvd., July 20 at 10:06 p.m.
- Taco Bell, 8511 Westminster Ave., July 22 at 2:53 p.m.
- Pizza Hut, 10072 Chapman Ave., July 22 at 8:42 p.m.
