TWO OF THE three people killed in a fiery car crash in Huntington Beach early Thursday morning have been identified.

The identities of two of the three persons killed in a traffic accident in Huntington Beach early Thursday morning have been confirmed by the Orange County Coroner’s office.

They are Dylan Mack, 18, of Las Vegas and Brooke Hawley, 17, also of Las Vegas. The third person, identified only as a male, has not been positively identified.

The crash occurred shortly after 1 a.m. in the area of Pacific Coast Highway and Magnolia Street. According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, a Hyundai Sonata struck a stopped Toyota at the intersection of PCH and Magnolia.

Three persons were killed, although initially – because of the severe damage to the Toyota, and a resulting fire – the number of fatalities was unknown.

The driver of the Hyundai, a 27-year-old woman, was arrested and booked on a charge of suspicion of driving under the influence.
