A site plan for the construction of a three-story building on historic Main Street goes before the Garden Grove Planning Commission when it meets on Thursday, May 17.
Planners will consider a proposal for Smallwood Plaza, which would have 3,888- square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, and nine residences above.
The space at 12891 Main St., is on the west side of the street between Acacia Parkway and Garden Grove Boulevard.
Also on the agenda is a request for a variance and lot line adjustment for the construction of a single-family home at 11831 Trask Ave. and conditional use permits for the installation of 12 wireless telecommunications devices disguised as street light poles (or attached to wood utility poles).
The commission meets at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at 11300 Stanford Ave.
