THE STANTON CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday approved an agreement for a condo projects’ design and improvements (File photo).

Final approval of an agreement regarding the design and improvements for a large condo project was approved by the Stanton City Council at its meeting Tuesday night.

The council voted 4-0 – with Councilmember Rigoberto Ramirez absent – in favor of the agreement for 208 single family condominium units, private streets and private park area for the property located at The Village Center Drive (12631-12811 Beach Blvd. The final parcel map was approved by the council on Aug. 27. 2019.

Also on Tuesday, the council voted 4-0 to approve Mayor David Shawver’s appointments of council members to various boards, commissions, committees and agencies.
