A public hearing on a proposed large apartment complex will be held at Wednesday’s meeting of the Stanton Planning Commission.
The panel will consider several actions – including a development agreement, site plan and design review – for the construction of a 321-unit multi-family apartment community to be constructed on a 3.75-acre site which includes a former mobile home sale lot at 12331-12435 Beach Blvd.
That’s on the west side of Beach between Chapman and Lampson avenues.
The project will include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 525 to 1,333 square feet. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and outdoor deck along with a dog park and fitness center on other levels.
The commission will meet via teleconference starting at 6:30 p.m.
