A relatively light agenda will greet the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets on Tuesday.
The sole public hearing is on the introduction of a minor amendment of an ordinance regarding a flood plain overlay district.
Also on the agenda are:
- a memorandum of understanding between the city and the Huntington Beach Art Center Foundation
- receive and file a report on short term rentals.
The council will meet in person in its chambers, 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown Avenue) with a study session at 4 p.m., a closed session at 5 p.m. and the regular meeting at 6 p.m.
