USA Today is reporting that the craft was overdue on Sunday night over 400 miles east of Newfoundland, Canada. U.S. and Canadian rescue task forces are searching for the ship, which reportedly has 70 to 96 hours of oxygen.
The missing ship can dive as deep as 13,000 feet below the surface in a remote area which complicates the search and rescue operation.
