What looks like a rare non-controversial agenda will greet the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets on Tuesday.

A top item for consideration is a proposed ordinance to authorize an amendment to the franchise agreement with Cardinal Pipeline LP for the operation of a pipeline system for the transportation of oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances.

Also on the agenda are:

  • a contract with All City Management Services for Crossing Guard Services;
  • an update on the city’s short-term rental program;
  • agreements with the cities of Costa Mesa and Irvine for public safety helicopter services.

The council will meet in its chambers at 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown Avenue) with a study session at 5 p.m. and the regular session at 6 p.m.
