A fire that ignited after an electric automobile crashed into an building’s exterior wall was kept from spreading Saturday morning in Garden Grove.
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the blaze was reported around 3 a.m. in a business parking garage in the 13100 block of Magnolia Street (south of Garden Grove Boulevard),
Firefighters were able to confine the blaze to the vehicle and kept from spreading to the adjacent building. They continued to cool the vehicle to make it safe to carry it away on a tow vehicle.
There were no injuries.
