It’s back to school soon for many students, teachers snd others this week and soon after. Here are public school start dates for campuses serving our West Orange County cities:

• Aug. 6: Anaheim Union High School District (including Western and Magnolia high schools).
• Aug. 11: Garden Grove Unified School District
• Aug. 20: Orange Unified School District.
• Aug. 26: Westminster School District
• Aug. 27: Ocean View School District; Huntington Beach Union High School District.
• Sept. 2: Huntington Beach City School District.

For the community colleges, Cypress College and Fullerton College begin on Aug. 26. Orange Coast College and Golden West College begin on Aug. 25. Santa Ana College starts on Aug. 18.

CSU Fullerton weekday classes will begin on Aug. 25. CSU Long Beach will also start on Aug. 25.
