Same-day service is usually associated with dry cleaning, but the Westminster Police Department can do something similar.

On Feb. 26 at 7:55 a.m. WPD officers were contacted by detectives who were following a stolen vehicle linked to multiple crimes in Westminster.

The officers found the vehicle at Beach Boulevard and Hazard Avenue and conducted a felony stop resulting in the recovery of the vehicle and the arrest of two suspects.

At 2:25 p.m. WPD officers were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area of Westminster Boulevard and Magnolia Street. They found the vehicle and made a felony stop leading to the recovery of the vehicle and an arrest.

Thus, two stolen vehicles found in the same day.
