Four arrested for robbery

FOUR SUSPECTS arrested on Wednesday night in Huntington Beach for robbery and related charges (HBPD photo).

Four young men were arrested Wednesday night in Huntington Beach for allegedly luring a pedestrian toward them, robbing their victim and striking that person with their motor vehicle as they fled the scene, inflicting minor injuries.

A follow-up investigation resulted in all four suspects being found at a nearby home and arrested.

The HBPD adult arrest log shows:
• Chase Anthony Dietz, 22, a resident of Huntington Beach; charged with first degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
• Christian Kol Grooters, 23, of Huntington Beach; changed with first degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
• Lucas Andrew Benyameen, 19, of Huntington Beach, charged with first degree robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime and hit-and-run resulting in death or injury.
• Anthony Xavier Benyameen, 21, of Huntington Beach, charged with first degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.

All the charges are felonies, according to the HBPD.
