TWO PERSONS were shot late Friday night near Katella and Brookhurst in Garden Grove.

Two people have been hospitalized after being shot in Garden Grove late Friday night. According to Lt. Bob Bogue of the GGPD, the incident was reported at 10:06 p.m. in the area of Katella Avenue and Brookhurst Street, near the city limits with Anaheim.

Arriving officers found two persons with gunshot wounds. Garden Grove Fire Department paramedics gave medical aid and the victims were taken to local hospitals. Their condition is unknown and an investigation is continuing.
