UPDATE: The Orange County Coroner has identified the man killed in the traffic accident at Euclid and Trask as Quay Vong, 75, of Anaheim.

One person was killed and four others injured in a traffic accident Thursday afternoon in Garden Grove. According to the GGPD, the crash occurred around 4:40 p.m. in the intersection of Euclid Street and Trask Avenue.

Police and fire personnel on the scene found one person dead. Three others in that vehicle were treated at the scene and taken to local hospitals as trauma patients. An occupant from another vehicle involved in the accident was also hospitalized.

The person killed in the crash – which closed down the intersection for several hours – was not identified by police. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
