Topping the agenda will be a presentation on the city’s new utility billing software. A item on a proposal to add Sunday hours at the city’s Central Library will be continued, with staff requested to present options at a strategic planning session set for Jan. 26 at 8 a.m. at the library’s Talbert Room, 7111 Talbert Ave.
