A relatively light agenda will greet the Huntington Beach City Council when it meets Tuesday in its chambers in the Civic Center. The meeting is moved from its usual Monday schedule because of the Martin Luther King holiday. Mayor Barbara Delgleize will be absent with permission.
Topping the agenda will be a presentation on the city’s new utility billing software. A item on a proposal to add Sunday hours at the city’s Central Library will be continued, with staff requested to present options at a strategic planning session set for Jan. 26 at 8 a.m. at the library’s Talbert Room, 7111 Talbert Ave.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the council us on Monday, Feb. 6 in the council chambers.
