A TWO-YEAR–OLD boy died Saturday morning after he was struck by an automobile while walking in Westminster.

A traffic accident claimed the life of a 2-year-old boy in Westminster Saturday morning. According to the Orange County Coroner’s office, the incident took place at 7921 21st St., west of Beach Boulevard, at around 8:45 a.m.

The boy, a pedestrian, was struck by a car and taken to Huntington Beach Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m. An investigation is continuing.
