THREE PERSONS were hospitalized after a head-on car crash at Heil and Gothard in Huntington Beach on Friday afternoon (HBFD photo).

Three people were hospitalized in the aftermath of a head-on car crash Friday afternoon in Huntington Beach. According to fire officials, the incident occurred in an industrial area at the intersection of Gothard Street and Heil Avenue at around 1:38 p.m.

Those injured were taken to local trauma centers for treatment. The cause of the accident was not immediately known and those injured were not identified.
